The Parliamentary Secretary to the Lord Chancellor's Department (Mr. John M. Taylor): I beg to move, That the Committee has considered the draft Child Support Appeals (Jurisdiction of Courts) Order 1993. This is a measure to provide the correct and appropriate forum for disputes of parentage in the realm of child support appeals.
