The Economic Secretary to the Treasury (Mr. Ian Stewart): I beg to move, That the Committee has considered the Draft Local Loans (Increase of Limit) Order 1986. 4 I thank the public works loan commissioners for the services which they render with skill and dedication on an entirely voluntary basis. I am sure that the Committee will join me in thanking them and the staff of the Public Works Loan Board for the efficient manner in which they have carried out their duties during the past two years. The order is self-explanatory.

Resolved, That the Committee has considered the Draft Local Loans (Increase of Limit) Order 1986.
